My passion for the beauty industry began in childhood, watching my aunt transform clients' hair in her salon. I was captivated by the creativity and artistry involved, though I initially pursued other artistic endeavors like drawing, painting, and sculpting. It wasn't until my aunt suggested cosmetology school that I discovered my true calling.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the hair industry, I have honed my expertise in blonde coloring, customized short haircuts, and intricate color corrections. Over the years, my role has evolved, and while I still enjoy working with clients, my focus has shifted towards nurturing and growing our talented team of stylists at Japa Salon.

Being the owner of Japa Salon has been an incredible journey. It's been a joy to build a supportive and dynamic team that continuously challenges, teaches, and inspires one another. Our collective dedication has been the driving force behind Japa Salon's success.

When I'm not supporting our stylists or managing the salon, I enjoy skiing in Idaho with my family, traveling, discovering new culinary delights, and spending time on my patio with friends. I also cherish moments with my puppy, Scout.
